Romantic RiverSong Inn from time to time seeks those people that have a gift for hospitality. As Sue says, "We look for people with good 'mom skills' meaning someone who is detailed, has a sense of caring for others in anticipating their needs, who enjoys cooking enough to seek a level of creativity that the inn encourages and is famous for."

Positions may or may not include lodging. All positions from innkeepers to housekeepers in a full time capacity enjoy medical and dental benefits, an annual pass to Rocky Mountain National Park, training classes in cooking, wildlife seminars and a very concentrated and organized work learning regimen.

      Staff work a 40-hour week, and five days a week. You are expected to work weekends and holidays. The inn manager does her best to arrange days of to fit individual needs. RiverSong prides itself on hiring staff that demonstrates dependability and loyalty. Therefore all staff pledge to work for the inn for at least one year.

      The learning opportunities are endless. Often the staff reflect back on their experience at RiverSong and believe that they gained renewed confidence in themselves and stronger personal skills. This is a work environment that is about caring for others. It helps to be an incurable romantic but that's not a requirement. A love for the outdoors and nature is a requirement. We do not hire anyone who smokes. We are a non-smoking inn!
